La Luna
"La Luna" features items from three different menus: international, local and low-carbohydrate dishes…grilled local jumbo shrimp and polenta nestled on a bed of mixed greens with shaved parmesan & mango-pineapple chutney served with dressing of your choice and warm Cuban bread; "El Plato Tipico" could consist of thin-shaved slices of local-grown roasted beef, rice and beans, picadillo (sautéed mixed vegetables) and our delicious homemade Tico bread; a low-carbohydrate dish could consist of low fat cut of meat prepared with natural spices and a vegetable soufflé topped off with carb and fat-free pudding for dessert.

The Gaia Grill
"The Gaia Grill" provides our 24-hour menu with a succulent array of grilled meats, fresh salads consisting entirely of local ingredients, on-site prepared soups, breads, sandwiches and desserts.

All breakfasts are included in your room rate with your choice of setting, in the privacy of your room or in The Gaia Grill.

Many major airlines offer non-stop and direct service to San Jose's Juan Santamaria International Airport . When planning your trip, allow GAIA's Travel Help Desk to arrange the most comfortable, convenient mode of transportation to our resort.

GAIA provides personal transportation to/from San Jose, including limousine, private SUV or passenger van service. Any specific transportation needs will be addressed on an individual basis by the Travel Help Desk.

Gaia Hotel & Reserve is located on the main road from Quepos to Manuel Antonio. Once you have reached Quepos, by either plane, boat or car, proceed 2.7 kilometers or 1.7 miles on the Manuel Antonio road and you will have arrived.
