Sitting on a cliff and surrounded by the ocean on 3 sides, Ocotal's main restaurant, “La Brisa”, is regarded as one of Costa Rica's most picturesque spots. Serve from an international menu specializing in fresh seafood.

At a walking distance and right on the beach, you will find the famous “Father Rooster Bar & Grill”, an old house turned into a bar where tourists and residents from Ocotal Beach meet. Very busy place during the high season. Excellent food, great music and dancing.
The “Caracol snack bar“ is located near the dive shop and the beachfront swimming pool, where cocktails, snacks and fast food are served.

Sportfishing
Three twin diesel engine 32ft sport fishing boats make up what is Costa Rica’s most experienced and professional fleet. Boats are outfitted with light to heavy rods and reels for novice or the most experienced fishermen. Crews are specially trained for the saltwater fly fisherman. The Gulf of Papagayo offers outstanding fishing year round for sailfish, marlin, roosterfish, tuna, dolphin and over 25 other varieties of sport fish.
